NOW I hope our plumbing problems are over….on Friday night our sewer backed up, so the plumber had to come out Saturday morning and take care of it.  Apparently, we have problems with roots, so we'd better get used to plumbing problems every few months.  At least we don't have to pay for it since it's a rental house!

It's crazy how much paperwork is involved with Aire-Master.  I think a lot of it is just because we're just starting up, so hopefully there won't be as much later.  I really hope my QuickBooks comes today, though.  I ordered it last week (I got a great deal on it…almost $100 off) and I really want to get it running.

Chad only has a few accounts to service today, which is good because he has to have the storage shed unloaded today and move all the stuff to our garage (which we finally got a key for yesterday).  The semi with all our supplies is coming today, too, so we got that key just in time!!

That's about all I can think of to ramble about right now…I know I must have bored everyone else to death, but I stay at home all day now…what else is there to talk about???  Wink  I really do love staying home, though, and I'm sure I'll like it even more once the baby comes.

We're all moved in Topeka. We drove down on Saturday night (not a nice drive….it was sleeting all the way through southern Wisconsin and I was driving a 2-wheel-drive van…I was sure I was going to die) and got down here Sunday morning.  The church people here were so nice…they had people waiting at our house to help us unload all our things and then they took us out for lunch.  We thought the water hadn't been turned on at the house and I was really mad, but the next morning, it turned out that we needed to turn it on in the basement.  So we spent the first night with no water (but one of the church members let us take showers at their house and offered to let us sleep there, too….we took them up on the showers, but slept at our house), but it didn't matter because after Chad turned the water on, there turned out to be a huge leak under the kitchen sink, so he had to turn the water off again anyway.  A plumber came that evening, so we thought our plumbing problems were over.  We were wrong.  The next day, the pipe that had been loose came completely off.  Chad put it back on, but we had to have the plumber come out again to replace a part.  I'm tiptoeing around now, hoping that nothing else breaks.

I had all the unpacking done on Tuesday afternoon.  I was shocked that it went so fast, but it feels so good not to have to worry about it anymore.  I've spent the last day and a half trying to figure out the Aire-Master program and get our office organized….and I still have to work on it more today.

I had to leave my car in Wisconsin, since one of us had to drive the moving van and one had to drive the mini-van, but I don't miss it nearly as much as I thought I would.  I keep busy all day and Chad gets home at about 1 or 2 everyday, so we run errands together then.

Well, there's work waiting for me and I'm procrastinating, so I'd better get on it….
