I *may* have found the baby’s going home outfit at TJ Maxx today!! I think it’s really cute, but I’ll keep my options open in case I find something cuter. It’s one piece, long-sleeved and comes with cute little booties, a hat and bib. And it fits with our puppy theme, too:

Have you ever been to the Wimbledon tennis tournament? I’ve never had the opportunity to go, but I think it would be awesome to get Wimbledon tennis tickets someday. I pretty much stink at playing tennis myself, but I know how the game works and think it would be really neat watching people who actually know what they’re doing!
The Wimbledon Tennis Tournament is run by the All England Lawn Tennis Club (AETC). It requires over 6,000 people on staff, both members of the AETC and people who are hired temporarily to help run the tournament. That gives you an idea of just how big an event this is!
Last year’s tournament was definitely exciting! Roger Federer beat Rafael Nadal, securing his title as King of Wimbledon for another year! Venus Williams won the ladies championship for the fourth year in a row. And Jamie Murray became the first Briton to win a title in 20 years! Those are just a few of the exciting events of last year’s Wimbledon. There are sure to be many more this year!
The 2008 Wimbledon Tennis Tournament is coming right up! This year it’s between June 23 and July 6, so you’d better get to work getting your hands on some tickets now! You won’t be sorry!

We didn’t get the grocery shopping done yesterday. Chad said he’d come with me to do it, but we wanted to get a few bills paid and a few things done in the office first. Well, it took longer than we thought it would (and as you can tell from the picture, Ava was very busy the entire time, too…emptying the trash) and by the time we left it was 3:30 (and Ava normally naps around 4). So we just picked up some cables at Best Buy, picked up the baby’s changing table and a few basic groceries at Wal-Mart and headed home for her nap.

Are you thinking about trying home teeth whitening? Even though I brush my teeth at least twice a day, I can still benefit from an occasional round of whitening (and now I have to wait until I’m not pregnant anymore to whiten them again). I definitely prefer the strips over the trays, though…the solution in the trays always burns my gums. Go check this site out for great information on home tooth whitening!

Have you been looking into getting ellipticals ? Someday we might have to invest in one of these. It would be so neat to have a form of exercise that you can do in your own home that is actually enjoyable! Chad thinks these are so cool too, so we’d probably have to get two. Or we’d have to take turns.

Have you been chipping away at creating your own home theater? I know we have. Well, Chad has anyway. It all started with the big screen TV and now we have plenty of other smaller machines that I have no idea what they do. I know he’s wanted to get surround sound speakers for awhile, too, and he finally got some from his brother (he set them up tonight). Well, if you’re busy on your home theater, too, you definitely need home theater sconces ! Be sure to check this out!

Before we went up to Wisconsin, I happened to see Shout wipes while I was doing our last-minute shopping. I picked them up just to see if they actually work and they do!!! Ava got strawberry stains on her pajamas and I used a Shout wipe on it and it came right out…instantly!! If you haven’t tried these, you have to! And they’re not even that expensive…I think I paid about a dollar for 4 wipes. They’re great for having in the diaper bag to handle those spills!
