How fast can you type? I’m not exactly sure how fast I type, but I know that it’s around 70 words per minute. That’s a pretty average speed for people who know how to type. But there’s a new program out that would allow me to “type” at 150 words per minute! It’s called Dragon Naturally Speaking! I’m probably jinxing myself by even saying this, but I think things *might* be starting to move along. Of course, I’ve thought this about 10 times before, so who knows. But I’ve been having quite a few contractions today (I haven’t timed them yet, though) and my back and hips are aching so bad! I even took a shower and the contractions and achiness are both still there, so that’s a good sign! I’m going to start timing the contractions, so we’ll see what happens!

No change in dilation or effacement, but how much change can there really be when I’m already as dilated as I am?? My doctor wants to see me again on Friday since I’m getting so close to 40 weeks, so I have an appointment that morning. We also scheduled an induction for next Tuesday (Oct. 7), but I really hope I don’t make it that far. If I do, I think I might back out unless there’s a real reason (other than me being anxious to have him) to induce. I just really want him to come on his own so the whole induction thing isn’t even an issue….

Have you been wanting to lose a little weight? I know a lot of the people who read my blog are moms, so maybe we have a little baby fat we want to get rid of (I know have about 5 pounds I didn’t lose after I had Ava, but it’s a little late now!). Have you ever thought about trying weight loss pill ? This seems to be one of the latest dieting techniques and it’s worth looking into!

Are you looking for a simple way to promote your business without going overboard on your budget? Have you thought about using promotional pens ? When Chad runs his route, he uses pens with the Aire-Master name on them, and when he hands them to people so they can sign invoices, the other person often ends up keeping it somehow. It’s a little annoying when he’s without a pen, but who knows where that pen will end up and what business it could bring us?
