We had a really nice weekend, but it definitely didn’t have any room for relaxing in it! It seemed like we were running all weekend long. Now I’m trying to catch up on work and paying bills…luckily I don’t have to start researching Medicare supplement insurance yet…I don’t know where I’d find the time! LOL

On Saturday, we went to church and then had our Growing Kids God’s Way class afterwards. It was pizza night and all the different kinds they got were so good (except the one with mushrooms on it…I have an issue with mushrooms LOL). The class this time was about Respect For Age and teaching our kids to respect other adults, too, not just Mom and Dad. Ava did great during the class (as usual) and Kelvin did fairly well, too. I had to go in and get him to stop fussing a couple times, but he did much better than he was in the beginning.

Today I went to Dillons and Walgreens by myself and it was awesome! In the late afternoon, we all went to Hy-Vee and then to a surprise birthday dinner for a friend. It was a lot of fun, but I think Kelvin is starting to get a cold and he was so fussy! He’s still really fussy now and I’ve had to go into his room and lay him back down three times just while I was typing this post! I think we’re in for a really long night. Ugh.
